Since the passing of Proposition 215 in 1996, California citizens have been granted the right to legally use Cannabis to treat a variety of ailments. Medicinal Cannabis is useful as a supplement to those undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy. It is also useful for people with neurological disorders and disabilities.
